We give back

Every day the things we do and the choices we make, support a more vibrant Alberta. From providing access to a wide variety of products, to giving back to communities, charities and non-profits, we provide choices that give Albertans the support they need to do the things they enjoy.

We encourage employees to take time to volunteer, support a local charity, or make a donation to Canadian Blood Services. Our contribution to the community is further reinforced by our annual employee-led United Way Campaign to help create pathways out of poverty.

  • We live our values

The spirit of AGLC is guided by our values. They make us who we are, create a culture that engages our hearts and minds and motivates us every day.

Our values help us know what to expect from each other. We live our values and have honest conversations with each other; this creates a culture that achieves extraordinary results.

We are socially responsible

Social responsibly is at the forefront of our everyday activities, as overseeing liquor, gaming and cannabis also means managing the associated risks to Albertans.

Everything we do and say must be done with social responsibility at the forefront, because overseeing liquor, gaming, and cannabis also means managing the associated risks.

Through our actions and choices, we’re working towards a better future; a stronger and more vibrant province for all Albertans.
