When you apply for a job posting, your personal information is being collected to determine your qualifications for employment at AGLC and to manage our staffing program. This information is collected and used under the authority of the Public Service Act and section 33(c) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FOIP). It is managed in accordance with FOIP. This includes sharing your information for similar positions; however, you are still required to submit an application for any job posting you are interested in.

The personal data required to create and maintain an online user profile is subject to this privacy notice.
