IT proudly provides the computer systems, security, IT services and governance that support AGLC’s businesses, including the operation & support of mission critical gaming, liquor and corporate systems running on a variety of computing platforms. IT ensures the stability and performance of a Local/Wide Area Network, which supports over 1,200 gaming locations and more than 2,000 computers/tablets, 150 physical and 2,000 virtual servers distributed across six corporate offices, casinos, RECs and bingo halls. IT provides leadership in the use of information technology, data and systems to help the AGLC achieve business goals and objectives.

JOB SUMMARY

The CRM Architect is a senior role that plays a vital part in shaping the CRM technology landscape within Enterprise Architecture and the AGLC. This individual will lead solution design and analysis for CRM solutions to solve business problems, as well as provide strategic advice to management and peers on technology related matters. This role will facilitate and collaborate with external architecture consultants, AGLC IT, Project Delivery, and key business partners to ensure solutions provide desired business outcomes that align with the business and IT strategies. As such the CRM Architect will require a deep knowledge and understanding of how the many components of CRM solutions work together to create a functioning ecosystem. The CRM Architect will be a guiding force on the team as they create and document application and technology standards and roadmaps for the team. This role will require a high level of creativity, problem solving, and communication skills.

 

The incumbent must demonstrate their ability to articulate new ideas and concepts to technical and non-technical audiences. They should demonstrate thought leadership and be skilled at influencing, guiding and facilitating stakeholders and peers. The incumbent must be able to translate future state business capabilities and requirements into solution architecture requirements while considering the long term and short-term goals. This position requires excellent analytical, planning organizational and technical skills in addition to excellent written and verbal communication skills.

SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Minimum of a Degree in computer science or related technology focused discipline
  • 5 years of experience implementing and managing CRM solutions at an enterprise level
  • 2 years leading projects and/or supervising others
  • Knowledge of various CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
  • Experience in designing and governing complex solution architectures
  • In depth knowledge of solution architecture disciplines such as business, application, data, cloud and security
  • Knowledge and understanding of different modeling techniques (such as UML and 4+1)
  • Knowledge of various database technologies like MS SQL, MySQL, MongoDB and Oracle
  • Knowledge of application development technologies and frameworks including web development, client server, multi-tier, database and middleware.
  • Understanding and knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies (such as waterfall, spiral, agile software development, rapid prototyping, incremental, synchronize and stabilize, and DevOps)
  • Understanding and knowledge of IT service management (ITSM) and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL)
  • Understanding of emerging technologies like AI / ML / RPA
  • Understanding of high-level disaster recovery framework planning, design and implementation
  • Ability to work with domain architects and developers in an in-and-out outsourced environment
  • Ability to propose and estimate the financial impact of solution architecture alternatives
