JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a detail-orientated and organized Financial Review Administration Clerk to support the Manager and Financial Review team in delivering effective charitable gaming compliance services.
Reporting to the Manager, Financial Review, this position will provide a wide range of administrative and operational support, helping to ensure that financial reports, compliance documentation, and office workflows are completed accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with organizational policies.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating and maintaining financial report records, including logging, file updates, and FOIP documentation.
- Supporting compliance activities by preparing correspondence, tracking sanctions, updating systems, and engaging with stakeholders.
- Providing administrative support through correspondence drafting, meeting minutes, and daily office coordination.
- Managing office operations, including document retrieval, supply ordering, and P-Card reconciliation.
SKILLS & ABILITIES
- High school diploma plus two (2) years related administrative experience.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong independent decision-making skills both analytical and problem solving
- Superior time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
