THE OPPORTUNITY

Are you an organized tech professional ready to step into an enterprise-scale governance role? Do you excel at coordinating moving parts and keeping diverse IT environments running like clockwork?

We are looking for a QA Environment Analyst to serve as the coordinator of our non-production environments. In this role, you will provide the operational oversight and planning required to ensure our non-production environments remain stable, secure, and aligned with major enterprise releases.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As our QA Environment Analyst, you will act as a central facilitator and delivery anchor. Your key activities will include:

  • Lifecycle Coordination: Manage the planning, scheduling, and tracking lifecycles of all non-production environments.

  • Calendar Management: Maintain master enterprise environment calendars to schedule provisioning, environment refreshes, planned downtime activities, deployments and troubleshooting.

  • Test Data & Account Management: Coordinate and govern the creation, maintenance, access, roles, security, and cleanup of test data and test accounts, ensuring appropriate data, accounts, and permissions are available for planned testing across non-production environments.

  • Conflict Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts between overlapping project timelines and testing tracks.

  • Readiness & Process Governance: Facilitate environment readiness checkpoints and formal go/no-go release readiness discussions.

  • Vendor & Agile Facilitation: Ensure software deliverables scheduled by external vendors strictly meet AGLC's agile best practices, quality benchmarks, and production readiness requirements.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

  • Education: A university degree or two-year college diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline. Recent graduates with a strong technical foundation are encouraged to apply.

  • Analytical Problem Solving: Natural capability to map technical requirements, assess system-wide impacts, and untangle scheduling dependencies.

  • Relationship Management: Excellent communication skills needed to align platform architects, business analysts, and external delivery vendors.

  • Organizational Excellence: Meticulous attention to detail required to manage multiple moving infrastructure pieces without dropping the ball.

  • Asset Skills:
    • Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments, automated release frameworks, or environment orchestration workflows.
    • Knowledge of Salesforce, SAP, MuleSoft, Azure, APIs, and Middleware integrations.
    • Experience coordinating with technical teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors.
    • Understanding enterprise application ecosystems and integrated platforms.

NOTE:

  • To be eligible to work for AGLC, you must be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident or eligible to work in Canada.
  • While we appreciate all applications we receive, we advise that only candidates under consideration will be contacted.
  • As a condition of employment, you will be required to obtain a satisfactory security clearance and clean drivers abstract (if necessary) prior to employment.
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Candidates with lesser qualifications may be considered at a lower classification and salary. This recruitment may be used to fill future vacancies.
  • AGLC is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
