JOB SUMMARY:

 

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IAM Analyst to join our team. In this senior-level role, you will be responsible for the administration, setup, configuration, implementation, and support of M365 and Azure environments. You will also manage infrastructure applications and servers both on-premises and in the cloud, providing coaching and direction to other team members. 

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

  • RBAC & IGA Specialist: To drive RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) initiatives. Define access requirements, map existing permissions, and perform role mining to optimize the role structure. Develop and configure Saviynt workflows, access policies, and role-based access controls (RBAC). Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to identity governance, provisioning, and compliance.

 

  • Saviynt IGA Platform: A technical lead for the Saviynt IGA implementation, owning architecture decisions across all integrations. Maintain, administer and adjust the full identity lifecycle in Saviynt: joiner provisioning, role assignment, mover workflows, leaver deprovisioning, and account reconciliation. Own the Saviynt and Entra ID SSO integration and API authentication architecture for downstream app connectivity.

 

  • Active Directory Administration: Manage Active Directory (AD) and DNS as well as administer access via Role-Based Access Control AD Groups. 

 

  • General Responsibilities: Ensure adherence to AGLC ITSM policies, information security policies, and accurate time reporting. Respond to audit requests and support server and storage infrastructure. 

 

  • Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and remediate issues, provide after-hours support on a rotational basis, liaise with clients, and escalate critical issues when necessary.

 

  • Project Participation: Work as part of project teams to deliver quality products, provide input on project tasks and timelines, and offer subject matter expertise. 

 

 

 

SKILLS & ABILITIES:

 

  • Degree in computer science or related discipline
  • 2 years of experience, or equivalent combinations of education and experience. Preference for individuals who have led projects. 
  • 3+ years of experience with the Saviynt Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platform
  • Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management, RBAC, and compliance frameworks.
  • Hands on experience with integrations involving Active Directory, Entra ID and Application onboarding.
  • Hands-on experience with supporting Active Directory and Entra ID.

 

Preferred Qualifications: Azure Administrator Associate certification, Microsoft Entra certifications, Active Directory and Group Policies, Microsoft Certifications, casino systems experience, and network troubleshooting knowledge.
