JOB SUMMARY
AGLC is seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Manager, Revenue & Treasury Management to lead a critical finance function overseeing over $2.4 billion in annual net sales.
This role is responsible for the end-to-end oversight of revenue operations across gaming, liquor, and cannabis lines of business, as well as the organization’s treasury and cash management strategy.
As a key leader within Finance, you will drive financial integrity, optimize cash flow, strengthen controls, and lead high-performing teams, while partnering closely with internal leaders, government stakeholders, and industry partners.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead the accurate and timely invoicing, collection, and reporting of all revenue streams
- Oversee accounting treatment, including player liabilities and revenue recognition
- Monitor accounts receivable and implement strategies to reduce risk and improve collections
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, legislation, and internal controls
- Develop and execute enterprise-wide cash flow forecasting and optimization strategies
- Maximize returns on cash balances while managing financial risk
- Oversee banking relationships, reconciliations, and service optimization
- Provide strategic oversight of ERP (SAP) and financial systems integratio
- Lead automation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and data integrity
- Support enterprise initiatives as a finance subject matter expert (SME)
- Design and maintain robust internal control frameworks
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, audit standards, PCI requirements, and regulatory frameworks
- Partner with internal and external auditors to address risks and strengthen governance
- Build and sustain relationships with government ministries, Industry Partners and Licensees, Financial Institutions
- Provide insights, reporting, and advice to support strategic decision-making
- Lead and develop a team of managers and finance professionals
- Foster a culture of high performance, engagement, and continuous learning
- Support workforce planning, talent development, and change management initiatives
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- CPA Certification in good standing
- Minimum 6 years of progressive leadership experience in accounting/finance
- Strong knowledge of:

- IFRS and financial reporting standards
- Treasury, cash management, and forecasting
- Banking practices and payment card (PCI) standards
- Large-scale financial systems (SAP preferred)
- Experience in complex, regulated environments is considered an asset
