Reporting to the Team Lead, Business Analysis; the Business Analyst is the vital link between the information technology capability and the business objectives.  As the Business Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting and ensuring the successful completion of analytical, building, testing and deployment tasks of our software product’s features.  


You will be required to working independently and with various business units to produce deliverables within a project, process re-engineering initiatives and enhancement requests.  You will also be required to work closely with Project and Business Managers to plan the day to day management of the business analysis, design, development and testing tasks.  


To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate a systematic, disciplined and analytical approach to problem solving, have experience facilitating workshops with varied stakeholder groups, gather business requirements, analyze information and retrieved, and identify risks.  You will require a high level of communication skills, both written and verbal and strong interpersonal with the ability to work in a changing environment.   A strong awareness of appropriate usage for I.T. to achieve business and organizational objectives is also a must.




  • Minimum of a diploma in a computer science or related I.T. discipline
  • 4 years of Business Analyst experience with a focus on I.T. related projects; preference will be given to those who have lead I.T. projects and process re-engineering initiatives
  • Experience facilitating workshops 
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Power Point, Visio) and Requirement Management Tracking tool (ie:  TFS, Jira)

 The following would be considered an asset:

  • Business Analysis certification from a recognized institution
  • PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA
  • PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
  • Project Management Professional (PMP)
