  • Registered/enrolled as a full-time student in an accredited post-secondary institution.
  • Returning to full-time studies in September for the next academic term.

JOB SUMMARY

Summer Opportunity: Service Desk Analyst in action!

 

AGLC Service Desk Summer student will help with the everyday IT needs. Service Desk tasks involve attending phone calls, in-person visit and  answering questions on all matter of technology  and logging  tickets.

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance to all AGLC Staff and Contractors.
  • Answer call promptly in a professional manner and greet in-person staff.
  • Create, assign, update and resolve tickets.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on a variety of computer systems.
  • Create and update devices in the CMDB.
  • Troubleshoot desktop, laptops, iPhones,  printers and scanners issues.
  • Stock printer toners.
  • Create and maintain accounts, perform software installations and upgrades, provide hardware and Other miscellaneous technology-related tasks.

  • 100% onsite in office.
  • Duration: May 5, 2025, until August 29,2025.

 

SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Currently enrolled and returning to Information Technology, Computer Science Diploma/Degree
  • Physical ability to move computer equipment and printer toners
  • Technical knowledge to support Desktops, Laptops, and iOS devices.
  • Previous Customer Service experience.
  • Experience with recording customer interactions.
  • Experience working in a team environment.
